William Michael Grubb Ii

William Michael Grubb II, 28, of Oak Hill, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 8, 2017.
He was born on January 14, 1989 in Springfield, OH, a son of William M. Grubb and Mary (Windle) Robinson. Mike was a sweet, loving and caring son, grandson, brother and nephew, who loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed being with his family and friends, was always caught on his phone, and he would bend over backwards for anyone. Overall, he loved his family and cherished every minute with them.
Survivors include his father, William M. (Melissa) Grubb; mother, Mary (James) Robinson; sister, Amanda (Jessey) Murray; brothers, Jacob, Caleb and Gabriel Grubb; grandparents, Frank and Betty Windle; grandma, Mary Ann Paxton; grandmother-in-law, Shirley Parker; aunts and uncles, Frank (Stephanie) Windle, Robert (Linda) Grubb, Dianna Harrison, and Lora (Jeremy Wooten) Windle; special cousins, Kevin Whitman, Nolan Thomas Windle Smith and Colt and Lillian Profitt and numerous other cousins; best friend and fishing buddy, Jamie Howard; and his faithful 4-legged companion, Nala.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Brian Windle; grandpa, Floyd Grubb; and cousin, Jessica Pruitt.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main St., Urbana 43078.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
