Dorothy Elizabeth Stults

Dorothy Elizabeth Stults, 93, of Urbana, went home to join her husband on Monday, June 27, 2016 in Hearth & Home of Urbana.
She was born on May 14, 1923 in Clark County, OH, a daughter of Charles H. and Ada (Dunlap) Malone. Dorothy was a graduate of Urbana High School and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Urbana. She was a homemaker and enjoyed caring for her family. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra (Gary) Pensyl of Urbana; grandchildren, Michelle (Jeff Peck) Pensyl of Mason and Terry (Dawn) Pensyl of Kent; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Pensyl of Pittsburg, PA, Taylor and Mackenzie Pensyl of Kent, Blake and Meredith Peck of Mason; former daughter-in-law, Nicola (Doug) Calkin, Anchorage, AK; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack L. Stults Sr.; son, Jack L. Stults Jr.; sister, Margaret Smith; and brothers, James Malone, Richard Malone and John Malone.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in St Mary Catholic Church, 231 Washington Ave., Urbana with Father Matt Lee, Celebrant. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana.
The family would like to thank the nursing and RA staff at Hearth & Home of Urbana for their loving care of Dorothy during her stay.
Memorial contributions in Dorothy’s name may be made to the donor’s choice.
