Lowell Kenneth Newman

Lowell Kenneth Newman, age 82 of Urbana, Ohio passed away on November 29, 2022. He was born on June 10, 1940 in Minford, Ohio to the late Ottis and Edith (Dixon) Newman. Lowell is survived by his two sons; Ken (Kim) Newman and Dennis (Heather) Newman, grandchildren; Drake (Ashley), Damond, Josh (Sarah), and Hanna, and sister, Janice Ervin. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife, JoAnne Newman and brother, Arnold (Sandy) Newman.

Lowell had a knack for designing and building. He owned and operated Newman Masonry. Some of his hobbies included, drawing, whittling, and most importantly, hot rods.

Lowell will be laid to rest with his loving wife of 50 years, JoAnne, at Grandview Cemetery, Urbana. The graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.walterfunerals.com.
