Pete Gonzales

Pete Gonzales, age 69, passed away on January 20, 2022 in Urbana, Ohio. Pete was born on July 24, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois, a son of Pedro V. and Mary (Sanchez) Gonzales. Pete was a hard working family man whom put God and family first. Pete had a lifelong love of hunting and fishing and was an avid collector of guns and knives.
Pete is survived by his 3 loving daughters, Teresa Thompson, Christina (Derrick) Brandon, and Lisa (Robert) Hawkins, grandchildren; Travis, Lucia, Pedro, Sophia, Tony, Jaylin, Kalista, Langston, Justtina, Jalisa, Davion, Zak, and Nathan, two great-grandchildren, Cayden and Sylas, brothers; Robert, Alexander, and Ray Gonzales, sisters, Linda Gonzales and Sylvia (Bob) Rice, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Pedro V. Gonzales, mother, Maria Gonzales, sisters, Norma and Theresa M. Gonzales, and brother, Eduardo S. Gonzales.

At Pete’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Instead, he asked that friends and family take a moment to think of all your blessings in life and to remember him by moments in your life that he made you smile!
