Ruth Eva Everhart

EVERHART, Ruth Eva (Bridges), age 77, passed away on January 7, 2021 in Springfield, OH. Ruth was born April 3, 1943 in Springfield, OH to the late George Bridges and Charlotte (West) Gamble. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Lavenda Pressnell. She lost her best friend in 2018, her loving husband of 59 years, Theodore ‘Ted’ Everhart Sr. Ruth is survived by her sons; Tim (Julie) Everhart, Ted Everhart Jr., and John Everhart, daughters, Kathy Everhart and Burrel Thornhill, and Melinda (Larry) Muhammad, grandchildren; Joe, Alysha (Travis), Torianne, great-grandchildren; Evan, Cayden, Conner, Beau, and Bristol, niece, Eve, and nephew, Adam. Ruth will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Family and friends will be accepted on Wednesday January 13, 2021 from 10:00-12:00 PM at Walter and Lewis Funeral Home. A service will follow at 12:00 PM. Ruth will be laid to rest next to her husband at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Tremont City. All are welcome to join the family at the cemetery.
