Terrance "Terry" Harrigan

Terrance L. Terry Harrigan, 56, of Brookville, died on Saturday, July 26, 2014 in the OSU Medical Center, Columbus. He was born on October 10, 1957 in Urbana, OH, the son of James Paul and Patricia (Mutschler) Harrigan. Terry was a 1976 graduate of Urbana High School and attended the University of Dayton. He had worked as an electrician for MAHLE (formerly Behr) in Dayton and was a member of St. Mary Church. Terry was an innovative thinker, a devoted father, husband and papa, who taught patience, kindness, and commitment. He enjoyed playing tennis and staying active with his children and grandchildren. Survivors include his mother, Patricia Harrigan of Urbana; wife, Robyn (Berry) Harrigan of Brookville; daughters, Jenna Fister and husband Nick of Englewood, and Kylee Harrigan of Brookville; sons, Terrance Justin Harrigan and wife Amanda of New Lebanon, Jeremy Harrigan and wife Serena of Dublin, Seth Harrigan of Brookville, Braylon Harrigan of Brookville and Keaton Harrigan of Brookville; 9 grandchildren; sisters, Coleen Barger and Paula Reading; brothers, Michael, Lewis, Kevin, Timothy, Brian, Ron and Chris; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Harrigan; and sister, Karen Kay Harrigan. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2014 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Urbana. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2014 at St. Mary Church, 231 Washington Ave., Urbana, with Father Larry Gearhart celebrant. Burial will follow in Royal Oak Cemetery, Brookville.
