Terri R. Easley

OBITUARY FOR TERRI R. EASLEY Terri R. Easley, 59, of Urbana, died at 6:40 P.M. Saturday, August in Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born July 15, 1955 in Bellefontaine, OH, a daughter of Harold Edward Hoffman and Leslie Ann (Moore) Sickler. Terri raised in West Liberty, worked at Siemens, enjoyed fishing, visiting with the kids and loved mushroom hunting. Survivors include special friend, Stephanie Hill of Urbana; daughters Danielle (David) Byers, Jessica (Leah) McWhorter of Dayton; son Chad (Anitra) Van Hoose of Piqua; grandchildren Alex, Tyrell, Sharice, C.J., Dorian, Teya, Jason, Arien; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Debbie (Roy) Quick of Urbana; and brother, Edward Pete (Linda) Huffman of MO. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Sharon Weatherford. At Terris request she will be cremated.
