William Eldo "Billy" Cutlip

William Eldo Billy Cutlip, 30, of Urbana, received his wings unexpectedly on January 1, 2015 at approximately 5 a.m. He was born on January 31, 1984 in Springfield, OH, the son of William L. Rich and Edna (Cutlip) Blumenschein. Billy was a 2000 graduate of West Liberty-Salem High School. His son Preston was his pride and joy and loved nothing more than spending time together. He also enjoyed music, wrestling, Mountain Dew and the Buckeyes. He was a very kind and caring person and will be very much missed. Survivors include his mother, Edna and stepfather Marty Blumenschein; sister, Loretta and Chad Collins; brother, Dustin Rich; son Preston Cutlip of Hebron, KY; daughter, Brooklynn Cutlip of Ashland; stepchildren, Miya and Sebastian Little of Hebron, KY; mother of his son, Lillian Durkee of Hebron, KY; nephews, Jay, Jordan niece Jazmine; aunt Shannon & Larry Rogan; uncle James & Connie Cutlip; uncles Victor Cutlip, Steve Russell and Tim Pearson; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eldo and Thelma Cutlip and his father, William L. Rich. The family will receive friends from 12-1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in the WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Barnaby Ofori officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana. Memorial contributions may be made to Walter & Smith Funeral Home, 642 S.
