Alice Jane Lugar

Alice Jane Lugar (née Daniels) passed away peacefully on July 6, 2026, in Springfield, Ohio. Born June 28, 1962, in Urbana, Ohio, Alice lived a life rooted in the love of family, the strength of dedication, and the simple joys that made every day a cherished gift.

Alice devoted over three decades of her professional life to KTH Parts Industries before retiring, where she was known for her unwavering commitment and steadfast work ethic. Her career embodied a spirit of perseverance and loyalty, values that touched all those who had the pleasure of working alongside her.

Outside of her career, Alice found happiness in the beauty of the world around her. She loved spending time at Blair's Fitness, where she was energized by her workouts and the camaraderie they inspired. The outdoors called to her heart, and she could often be found basking in the sunshine, tending to her flower gardens with care and joy. These passions brought her peace and an ongoing sense of wonder that she shared with her family and friends.

Alice’s warmth, kindness, and generous spirit remain alive in the lives she touched. She is survived by her beloved son, T.J. Koons; her adored grandson, Logan Koons; her loving sister, Judy Kelly; niece, Heather Fallgren; and great-nieces Hannah and Julia. She leaves behind a family bound by love and gratitude for the laughter, wisdom, and encouragement she offered so freely.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Edna Daniels, whose memory she honored every day through her actions and the lessons she carried forward.
