Belinda Kay Tracey, age 67 of West Mansfield, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on October 5, 2026. She was born March 13, 1959 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert Dean and Evelyn (Herford) Dill. Belinda is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul M. Tracey, children: Tarra Dawn Tracey and Brian Paul Tracey, granddaughters: Grace Yvonne Deardurff and Elizabeth Kay Deardurff, sister, Barbara (Dill) Rose, nephews; Dameon (Heather) Jones, Payton (Trisha) Rose, and Jonny Rose, great nieces: Avery and Brynn Jones, great-nephew, Wilder Rose, beloved family member, Melissa Neer-Reynolds, and numerous other family members. Belinda was a true original, a woman who lived life on her own terms and marched confidently to the beat of her own drum. She found joy in the simple things, whether she was crocheting, shaping ceramics, tending to her garden and flowers, or canning. Belinda was known for her love of jewelry and was rarely seen without several pieces that reflected her unique style. She had a strong love of animals and devoted herself to caring for the many different animals that shared the farm with her and Paul in West Mansfield. Belinda cherished traveling with her husband, especially to the coastal shores of Maine and North Carolina, where she found peace and comfort in the ocean. Belinda was also a proud member of the Piqua Shawnee Tribe.
A celebration of Belinda’s life will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 from 1:00-4:00 PM at the Kirkmont Center, Zanesfield, OH. Arrangements entrusted to the Walter and Lewis Funeral Home, Urbana. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to your local Humane Society in honor of Belinda’s profound love of animals.
