Betty Jane Bunnell

BUNNELL, Betty Jane age 97 of Urbana, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025 at Urbana Health and Rehab.  She was born on June 10, 1928 in Urbana, Ohio to the late Clyde E. and Annabell (Smith) Kitchen.  In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, Terry Bunnell; brother, Ronald "Gene" Kitchen and sisters, Patricia Knisley and Dorothy Chamberlain.  She is survived by her children: Teresa Holmes, Ted (Carol) Bunnell, Tom (Susan) Bunnell, Tim (Vicki) Bunnell, Toby (Gina) Bunnell, Todd (Gloria) Bunnell, and Tonya (Steve) Hart; siblings: Richard (Marge) Kitchen, Bobby (Phyllis) Kitchen, Michael Kitchen, James (Pam) Kitchen and Mary O'Brien as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Betty was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.  The family would like to extend their immense gratitude to Urbana Health and Rehab for their care of Betty. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at Walter & Lewis Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m.  Betty will be laid to rest at Oak Dale Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.  Condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.walterfunerals.com
