Bonnie Lou Daulton

Bonnie Lou (Hixon) Daulton, 88, passed away June 10, 2026, in Urbana, Ohio.  Born on March 14, 1938, in Springfield, Ohio to the late Emil and Nora (Beatty) Hixon. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tom, son, Tommy, grandson Johnathan Edward Hildreth and great-grandson Thomas Scott Daulton, brother, Ronnie Hixon, sisters Mary Day and Barb Rodgers. 

She is survived by her sons, Steve (Renee) Daulton and Jim Daulton, daughters Terri (Bob) Haddix and Tami Daulton; grandchildren Jessie, Lyndsey, Chad, Mandy, Amber, Bobby, Josh and Jaimie, 13 great-grandchildren, brother Jim (Judy) Hixon and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Bonnie loved caring for children, raising her own and running her daycare for many years.  She also enjoyed her time in New Jersey, owning and caring for her racehorses-working with her husband and son "on the farm." She loved her home, family and cherished all our time together.  She will be deeply missed.  A graveside will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at Oak Dale Cemetery beginning at 11 a.m. Pastor Kevin Moehn officiating.  Condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.walterfunerals.com
