Born on March 5, 1943, in Springfield, Ohio, Brenda was the beloved daughter of George and Florence Weidner. A proud graduate of South High School Springfield, class of 1960.
In 1978, Brenda married the love of her life, Billie Farley. Together, they built a home filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories.
Brenda was a devoted and loving mother to Todd (Suzi) Koons, Rob Koons, Bethany (Kent) Nieman, and Regina (Kris) Wyatt. She was a proud sister to Doug (Fran) Weidner, a beloved grandmother to TJ Koons, Chris Koons, Derek (Layla) Koons, McKenzie (Alex) Vancil, and Breann (Keten Cox) Koons, Dorian (Nicole) Valencia Jr., Lorenzo Valencia, and Dominic Valencia and a great-grandmother to many.
Her life was one of service and compassion. Brenda dedicated many years to caregiving at the Masonic Home in Springfield, later continuing her mission through private home healthcare. Her kindness and empathy touched countless lives.
Brenda found joy in the simple pleasures-birdwatching from her window, reading her favorite books, and spending time on her back porch with her loyal rescue dog, Lolly. She especially loved playing computer card games, always with Lolly by her side.
A gifted cook and gracious host, Brenda had a special talent for bringing people together. Her Thanksgiving meal was legendary. Her home was a place of warmth, welcome, and unwavering love. She never met a stranger and treated everyone who entered her home as family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, brothers, Bob and Don Weidner, sister, Nancy DuPurtuis, dear in-laws, and many treasured other relatives and friends.
