Brian Bailey

Leslie Brian Bailey, age 58, of Dayton, Ohio formally of Urbana, Ohio passed away

inexpertly, on October 10, 2026, in his residence. He was born October 25, 1967, in

Urbana, Ohio, a son of William B. Bailey, Jr. and Linda L. (McKee) Bailey.

Brian served his country in the US Navy during the Gulf War in Operation Desert Storm,

participated in the Pollywog to Shellback US Navy ancient Crossing the Line Ceremony,

a rite of passage held when ships crossed the equator. He loved his job at RV Life is

Good, driving RVs and he also enjoyed storage auctions, riding four-wheelers, fishing

and spending time with his neighbors and friends. His favorite sports teams were the

Green Bay Packers, OSU Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Reds.

He is survived by a sister, Tamara (Bruce) Ream, brother, Chris (Karen) Bailey, several

nieces and nephews; aunts, Sherry (Bob) Roberts, Linda McCormick, Barbara (Chris)

Gallimore, Martina (Rick) Salyers, Bonnie (Jesse) Walters, Connie (Tom) Sizemore and

Becky (Ken) Hilton; uncles, Rick (Barb) Mckee and Terry (Laura) McKee; special

friends, Denise, Jeff and Eli; many cousins including a very special cousin, Shirley

Cookston Preston; many neighbors and friends who were like family, Phyllis, Alene and

Bobby and his very special fur babies, Sage and Coda.

Special thanks to his boss, Kirk at RV Life is Good Rental Services & Repairs and

Officer, Pena with the Dayton Police Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Douglas “Duke” Bailey and William

“Bill” Bailey, III; grandparents, William B. Bailey, Sr., Harry and Phyllis Solberg and

Leslie and Thelma (Johnson) McKee.

Visitation will be at 12:00PM on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Walter & Lewis

Funeral Home, 642 S. Main Street, Urbana, Ohio followed by a memorial service at

1:00PM.
