Cecil Moore, 81, of Urbana, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017 in Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton. Family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 in the WALTER & STOWE FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Kings Creek Cemetery, Urbana.
