Charlotte Grace Sinclair

SINCLAIR, Charlotte age 81 of Cable, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 11, 2022 at Urbana Hearth & Home. She was born on March 17, 1941 in Urbana, Ohio the daughter of the late Lonnie and Bertha (Artis) Rogan. In addition to her parents, Charlotte is preceded in death by her siblings: John Rogan, Perry Rogan, Rudolph Rogan and Howard Rogan. She leaves behind her daughter, Jasmine Sinclair; siblings: Martha Rogan, Willard (Stella) Rogan, Iva Harris, Louis Rogan, Nancy (Ronald) Evans, and Marva Rogan. Charlotte is also survived by the father of her child, Raymond Sinclair; a host of nieces and nephews and special friends, Betty, Nancy and Barb. Charlotte was known for her comical stories that always made people laugh. She loved to sew, travel and sing. Charlotte always was willing to help people in any way and was a caretaker for many years. She also was dedicated to her faith and was a member of Fountain Park Church. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at River of Life Christian Center from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with the celebration of her life beginning at 11:00 a.m. Charlotte will be laid to rest at Oak Dale Cemetery.
