Frank R. Windle Jr.

Frank R. Windle, Jr., 72, of South Vienna, passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 in his home.
He was born November 20, 1946 in London, OH, a son of Frank R. and Gladys (Pinyard) Windle Sr. Frank enjoyed rabbit and deer hunting and watching Westerns and mowed and worked as a handy man. Most of all he loved his family.
Survivors include his wife, Betty (Sprinkle) Windle; daughters, Mary (James) Robinson, Lora (Jeremy Wooten) Windle and Bonnie Sprinkle; son Frank R. Windle III; granddaughters, Amanda (Jessey) Murray and Lillian Profitt; grandsons, Colt Profitt and Nolan Windle-Smith; sisters, Sally Culp and Ruth Gaghan; numerous nieces and nephews; and dog, Bubby.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Brian Windle; daughter-in-law, Stephanie Windle; grandson, Michael Grubb; two sisters; and three brothers.
The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 5 p.m.
