Herbert "Monkey" Fraley

Herbert R. “Monkey” Fraley, 67, of Urbana, died at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in Mercy Memorial Hospital, Urbana. He was born in Louisa, KY on June 25, 1945, the son of Connay and Mahala (Cox) Fraley. Herbert loved being outdoors and enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, NASCAR and working on cars. Survivors include the love of his life, Dorothy Adams, sister, Ruth Helms (Jim) of St. Paris, brothers, Raymond Fraley (Deen) of Louisa, KY, and Estel Fraley (Laura) of Urbana, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, January 25, 2013 in WALTER & SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 642 S. Main St., Urbana, where a service will be held at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor John Long officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, North Lewisburg.
