HEIBERGER, Jeffrey A., 67, of Urbana, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Springfield Regional Medical Center. Born on January 11, 1957, in Sandusky, Ohio, Jeffrey was the beloved son of the late Willard and Patricia (Lacher) Heiberger. He is preceded in death by his brother, Craig Heiberger, and grandson, Juan.

Jeffrey is survived by his loving children: Nathan (Michelle) Heiberger, Jessica Heiberger, and Jacquelyn (Hector) Soto; his cherished grandchildren: Logan, Layla, Aliyah, Ricardo, Cynthia, Jasmine, Alexander, Lillian, and Aden, as well as the eagerly awaited arrival of baby Flores due in March '24. He is also survived by his brothers: Timothy Heiberger, Thomas (Andera) Heiberger, and Larry (Michelle) Camp; his special friend, Amy Waldren, and numerous extended family members and devoted friends.

A highly skilled and renowned self-employed general contractor, Jeffrey's expert craftsmanship graced the remodeling and restoration of countless homes and businesses throughout the surrounding counties. His passion for music led him to play the guitar in his band, Red Hush, while his affinity for antique clocks found expression in their restoration.

Known for his readiness to lend a helping hand, Jeffrey was always just a phone call away, ready to fix or repair whatever was needed. He contributed his time and talents to various community endeavors, including his involvement in the Simon Kenton Chili Cookoff Committee, membership in the Miami Valley Clock Association, and assistance in constructing parade floats for the McAuley Center.

Jeffrey's warm presence and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. The family has created a GoFundMe campaign to help offset final expenses. Contributions can be made at Condolences may be shared with the family by visiting
