Kenneth Wilson Jr.

Kenneth wilson Jr. passed quietly on September 3rd at Springfield Regional Hospital. Ken was 74 years old. He is survived by his wife, Susan, to whom he was married 51 years. He is also survived by his daughter, Jessica Skaggs, husband Michael Skaggs and grandkids, Tessa and Caleb; son Steven Wilson, wife Nikki , and grandsons Myles and Grady along with his brothers Michael Wilson of Dayton and Scott Padolik of Springfield. He was proceeded in death by his sisters Gail, Vikki and Linda.

Ken was a finish carpenter for 30 years, umpired little league for 10 years and enjoyed poker with his friends, playing golf, building furniture, legos, and bead art. But most of all he enjoyed his children and grandchildren and was immensely proud of each one of them. His older grandchildren gave him the nickname of Barney and this name stuck with him all thru his life. His children and grandchildren all held a special place in his heart. Ken had a huge heart and found personal ways to show how much he cared.
