Robert S. Russell, 69, of Urbana, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 in Springfield Regional Medical Center.
He was born on April 29, 1948 in Urbana, OH, a son of Herbert T. and Inez (Smith) Russell.
Survivors include his brother, Tim Pearson, and aunts, Janet Pearson and Ann Dunlap.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William Russell.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 in the WALTER & LEWIS FUNERAL HOME, Urbana, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. with Rev. Mike Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery, Urbana.
