Teresa M. Harvel

Teresa M. Harvel, 63, of Springfield, loving wife, mother, grandmother and best friend, unexpectedly began her new life in Heaven on Saturday, December 17, 2016. She was born on April 5, 1953, the daughter of the late Ronald and Mary Lou (Guey) Zerkle. Teresa is survived by her beloved husband of over 40 years, Terry Harvel; children, Joshua Harvel, Tara Nichols (Kim Harris), Terry (Tiffany) Harvel and Bryan Harvel; grandchildren, Mariah, Dylan, Robert, Cassie, Elijah, Cheyenne, Destiny, Preston, Tevin, Amari, Lelia and Madison; special nephew, Jeremiaha (Angela) Harvel; special cousin, Pam Smith; and numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Shannon Kaye Zerkle and special friend she considered a sister, Vickie Casto.
